Muktinath,the famous temple is located in the mustang district.This religious temple is situated on a high mountain range and only it is good to visit on fair weather.Muktinath is one of the important places for hindus during janai purnima and ram navami festivals.
Muktinath is located about 18 km north east of jomsom.It is situated at an altitude about 3749m.we have a two way to reach to the muktinath,one from direct flight to jomsom and a couple of hour trek and another is from pokhara about 10-12 days trekking.we should pass manang,thoragla pass which is the highest pass while trek to the muktinath from pokhara.
